Do You Accept My Insurance?

We are a cash-based, out of network provider. This means we cannot see patients who have Medicare or Medicaid plans. Most patients opt to pay via cash, credit card, HSA, or FSA.

However, you can opt to request a superbill from us to submit to your insurance provider for potential partial reimbursement.

Do I Need A Doctor’s Referral?

At Resolve PT, we have Direct Access which allows you to be seen without a Physician’s referral for 30 days. After 30 days, we would require a physician’s referral or sign off for physical therapy.

Why Do You Not Accept My Insurance?

Insurance reimbursement for physical therapy consistently declines and insurance companies set limitations on physical therapy visits and the care we can provide.

With an out-of-network model, we can focus our full attention on YOU, often decreasing the frequency of appointments. This approach typically results in a shorter recovery period and overall cost savings. In short, we focus on quality versus quantity.

Where Is Your Office?

Resolve PT utilizes space in the Stronger Now Gym in Squirrel Hill. The address is 2713 Murray Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15217. As this is a Women’s Only gym, we are unfortunately unable to see male patients in the gym at this time.

We also offer mobile services to your home or office for your convenience.
