Good Faith Estimate

If you do not have health insurance or plan to self-pay for our services and do not plan to file a claim with your insurance, we will provide you with a “Good Faith Estimate” of our costs when you schedule at least 3 days in advance. Pricing:

• Initial Evaluation: $150 (60 min)

  • Comprehensive assessment

  • Review of medical history and goals

  • Movement analysis

  • Personalized treatment plan

  • Includes treatment and exercise on Day 1

• 60 Min Follow Up Visit*: $150

  • One-on-one treatment session

  • Manual therapy as indicated

  • Exercise progression

  • Education and self-management strategies

Every session is individualized and all-inclusive. If techniques such as dry needling, cupping, manual therapy, or IASTM are appropriate for your condition, they are included in the cost of your visit. You will never be charged extra for receiving the care you need.

*Most follow-up visits are 60 minutes to allow ample time for assessment, hands-on treatment, exercise, and education. For some patients, 30- or 45-minute sessions may be a better fit and can be arranged on an individual basis after discussing your needs and treatment goals.
